Our vision for North Somerset in 2025 is:
- To have choices and access to a decent home for all residents.
Our priority objective is:
- To ensure that North Somerset has an appropriate range of private and social housing provision to meet the needs of our diverse area.
Our progress:
Work under this theme is led by the Strategic Housing Forum. All the immediate actions from the Community Strategy have been completed.
The Forum is now working to develop targets and actions to meet the wider objectives and vision set out above.
The Forum supported the development of housing targets within the LAA which focus on housing conditions, health and affordable warmth.

Everyone can get involved in their communities and help to improve quality of life for all across North Somerset.
