Local Area Agreement 2008-2011 - Archive
This LAA and its associated performance reward grant was abolished by the Coalition government in 2010.
The North Somerset Local Area Agreement 2008-2011 (pdf, 302k) was submitted to central government in May 2008 and received ministerial sign off at the end of June that year.
This agreeement contained a total of 69 performance indicators, including the stretch targets from the 2007-2010 LAA, and was based around four theme blocks:
- Children & Young People
- Economic Development & Environment
- Health & Wellbeing
- Safer & Stronger Communities
Performance indicators in this agreement were drawn from the National Indicator Set published in October 2007 and included 16 statutory Department of Children, Schools & Families education and early years targets.
