Stakeholder Event 2009

On 23 November 2009 an invited audience joined the NSP Board at the Winter Gardens for the NSP Annual Event - 'Improving our communities together - Delivering in changing times'.

Through a presentation and number of workshops delegates had the opportunity to:

• Hear how public sector financial pressures may impact on delivering the Sustainable Community Strategy
• Identify and consider opportunities for local partnership solutions under the themes of:
  • Health & Wellbeing
  • Safer Stronger Communities
  • Transport, Economy & Environment

There was also an opportunity to chat over a cup of tea or coffee and view several displays illustrating the work of the NSP, partners and associated delivery partnerships.

The programme for the Event was well received and the Partnership would like to thank all those that took part.
